This is a custom water .vmt I made, it will work with any source game.
The water is clear and does not kill the frame rate.
101 fps on my low 128MB graphics card

Install

Go to the "materials" folder and make a folder called "liquids" the .vmt files go there. (folders are already made)

E.G (HL2DM)
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\gtamike\half-life 2 deathmatch\hl2mp\materials\liquids
